摘要
研究了邻氯苯基荧光酮 (O -Cl-PF)光度法测定锆 ,在 0 .2 5 6mol·L- 1HCl介质中 ,有氯化十六烷基吡啶 (CPC)存在时 ,锆与O -Cl-PF形成 1∶2桔黄色配合物 ,最大吸收波长在 5 2 4nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.2 2× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1,锆含量在 0~ 8μg/ 2 5ml范围内遵守比耳定律 ,该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、选择性好 ,应用于合金中锆的测定 。
In this paper,a method of determining zirconium with o-chloropheny1 has been studied.In 0.256mol.L -1HCl medium,zirconium reacts with O-Cl-PF to form 1:2 orange complex in the presense of CPC,the maximum absorption of the complex is at 524nm,and the molar absorptivity is 1.22x10 5L.mol -1.cm -1.Beer's law is obeyed from 0 to 8 ug of Zr(Ⅳ) used for the detemination of Zr(Ⅳ) in alloys.The results are satisfactory,and good recoveries are obtained.
