非小细胞肺癌组织中细胞迁移诱导透明质酸酶1的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中细胞迁移诱导透明质酸酶1(KIAA1199)的表达及临床意义。方法收集124例NSCLC患者的NSCLC组织和癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测KIAA1199的表达情况。比较NSCLC组织和癌旁组织中KIAA1199的表达情况,比较不同临床特征NSCLC患者NSCLC组织中KIAA1199的表达情况。比较KIAA1199高表达和低表达患者的3年总生存率。结果NSCLC组织中KIAA1199高表达率为74.19%,明显高于癌旁组织的35.48%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。腺癌、低分化、有淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的NSCLC患者NSCLC组织中KIAA1199高表达率分别高于鳞状细胞癌、高分化、无淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。KIAA1199高表达患者的3年总生存率为22.83%,明显低于KIAA1199低表达患者的53.12%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论KIAA1199在NSCLC组织中高表达,其与NSCLC患者的临床特征及预后有关,可为预后评估提供依据。 Objective To investigate the expression of cell migration inducing hyaluronidase 1(KIAA1199) in nonsmall cell lung cancer tissue and its clinical significance. Method The NSCLC tissue and paracancerous tissue from 124NSCLC patients were collected, and immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of KIAA1199. The expression of KIAA1199 in NSCLC tissue and paracancerous tissue were compared. The expression of KIAA1199 in NSCLC tissue of NSCLC patients with different clinical characteristics were compared. The 3-year overall survival rate of patients with high and low expression of KIAA1199 was also compared. Result The high expression rate of KIAA1199 in NSCLC tissue was 74.19%, which was significantly higher than 35.48% in paracancerous tissue, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The high expression rate of KIAA1199 in NSCLC tissue of NSCLC patients with adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage III-IV were higher than those of patients with squamous cell carcinoma, well-differentiated, no lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage I-II, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The 3-year overall survival rate of patients with high expression of KIAA1199 was 22.83%, which was significantly lower than 53.12% of patients with low expression of KIAA1199, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion KIAA1199 is up-regulation in NSCLC tissue, which is related to the clinical characteristics and prognosis of NSCLC patients, and could provide evidence for prognosis evaluation.
