低极槽数定子模块化磁障绕线式电机及分析

摘要 为了降低制造难度并提升转矩性能,提出了一种采用集中绕组的6槽/4极定子模块化磁障绕线式电机。运用解析法分析了该电机工作原理,得到了不同极槽配合下的转矩增减规律,并通过有限元法进行仿真验证。结果显示,6槽/4极电机在采用该模块化结构时,能有效利用模块化引入的运行谐波实现转矩提升,在降低制造成本的同时增加电机转矩密度,特别适用于高转矩密度等应用场景。 To ease the manufacture process and improve the torque capability,novel stator modular magnetic-barrier-wound machine was proposed in this paper,which adopted concentrated winding and modular stator iron.Analytical method was utilized to investigate the principle of this machine and the rule of the torque variation under different slot/pole number combination was proposed.Besides,the finite element analysis was also adopted and validated that this structure with 6-slot/4-pole can improve the output torque.Compare with conventional machines,the proposed machine can not only reduce the manufacture cost but also improve the output torque.This design is suitable for application scenarios such as high torque density.
