摘要
提出了一种基于数字信号处理技术(DSP)的全数字式工业缝纫机伺服控制系统的软、硬件方案,详述了关键部分的功能与实现方法,完成了系统软、硬件设计,并对整个系统进行了调试。系统采用位置、速度和电流环三环控制,并结合空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法。测试结果表明,该系统稳定性高、噪音低、精度高,并且有良好的静、动态性能。
The software & hardware instance of digit industrial sewing machines of servo control system based on digital signal processing (DSP) was provided. The realization of the key parts was described, the design of software and hardware was completed, and the system was tested. The servo control system combines position loop, speed loop, current loop with algorithm of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). The measurement shows that the system has a high stability, low noise, high precision, and has a good static and dynamic performance.
