摘要
随着高等教育的发展,实验室已经逐步成为高校培育尖端人才、实施科学研究以及践行社会服务的重要场所,因此高校实验室的安全问题非常重要,而构建高校实验室安全管理体系成为当前高校发展与建设中的关键措施,可以进一步保障“双一流建设”或“双高建设”的有效落实与发展。本文即以此为研究背景,通过分析当前实验室安全管理中面临的问题,进而从组织、制度、教育、防护等方面提出构建高校实验室安全管理体系的根本思路与策略。
With the development of higher education, laboratories have gradually become an important place for colleges and universities to cultivate cutting-edge talents, carry out scientific research and practice social services. Therefore, the safety of laboratories is very important.The construction of laboratory safety management system in colleges and universities has become a key measure in the development and construction of colleges and universities, which can further ensure the effective implementation and development of “double first-class construction” or “double high construction”. Taking this as the research background, the problems in the current laboratory safety management were analyzed, and then the basic ideas and strategies of constructing the university laboratory safety management system were put forward from the organization, system, education, protection and other aspects.
