摘要
目的探讨滋阴固土汤配合西药治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压病的效果。方法选择吉安市中心人民医院2019年12月—2020年12月治疗的55例患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法对照法分为对照组(27例)和观察组(28例)。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用滋阴固土汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血流动力学指标、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为92.86%(26/28),高于对照组66.67%(18/27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后中医证候积分(眩晕头痛、腰膝酸软、失眠健忘)低于干预前以及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后血流动力学水平(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度水平)低于干预前以及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者均为发生明显不良反应。结论对于阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压病的患者,采用滋阴固土汤配合西药治疗,可以较好地改善患者的临床症状,降低中医证候积分,恢复血流动力学水平,且不会增加患者的不良反应。
Objective To explore the effect of Ziyin Gutu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type.Methods 55 patients who were treated in Ji’an Central People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were included in this study.According to the random number table control method,they were divided into treatment group of 28 cases and control group of 27 cases.The control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate tablets.The observation group was treated with Ziyin Gutu decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,syndrome score,hemodynamic indexes and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%(26/28),which was higher than 66.67%(18/27)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The syndrome scores of the observation group after intervention(dizziness,headache,lumbar and knee tenderness,insomnia and forgetfulness)were lower than those before intervention and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemodynamics(whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity)of the observation group after intervention were lower than those before intervention and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients had obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion For patients with primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type,Ziyin Gutu decoction combined with western medicine can better improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the syndrome score,restore the level of hemodynamics,and will not increase the adverse reactions of patients.
