摘要
目的探讨支气管扩张伴发焦虑抑郁患者的治疗方法。方法将50例支气管扩张伴发焦虑抑郁患者随机分为两组,各25例。在行吸氧、解痉、抗感染、祛痰、平喘等常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予安慰剂,研究组给予舍曲林治疗,观察其临床效果。结果研究组有效率为88%,高于对照组的44%(χ^(2)=10.78,P=0.001);随时间的延长,两组HAMA、HAMD、SGRQ均呈递降趋势,研究组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.01),时间点和组别存在交互效应(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P=1.00)。结论舍曲林治疗支气管扩张伴焦虑抑郁患者,能大幅提升临床疗效,安全可靠。
Objective To explore the treatment of bronchiectasis complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods 50 cases of bronchiectasis complicated with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 patients in each group.In addition to the routine oxygen inhalation,spasmolysis,anti-infection,eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma,the control group received placebo,while the research group was given sertraline.Results The effective rate in the research group was 88%,higher than 44%in the control group(χ^(2)=10.78,P=0.001).With the extension of time,the values of HAMA,HAMD and SGRQ in both groups showed a downward trend,with the decrease in the research group being greater than that in the control group(F=202.69-594.80,P<0.01).There existed an interaction effect between the time point and the group(F=12.85-96.24,P<0.01).No significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was found(χ^(2)=0.60,P>0.05).Conclusion Sertraline is safe and reliable in treating bronchiectasis complicated with anxiety and depression.
