摘要
蛋白尿是初期慢性肾损害疾病治疗的要点,在中医属于“精微”范畴,在慢性肾炎的治疗中尤为重要。焦剑老师认为其病机为脾肾两虚,本虚标实,在临床上常用脾肾同治的方法治疗;并认为在治疗时应标本同治,在补益脾肾基础上兼以温阳利水、清利湿热、活血化瘀等,对蛋白尿的治疗获得了良好疗效。
Proteinuria is the main point of treatment for chronic kidney disease in the early stage.It belongs to the“nutrient”category in TCM and is very important in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Mr.JIAO Jian believes that the pathogenesis of proteinuria is spleen-kidney deficiency,Ben(本)deficiency and Biao(标)excess.In clinical practice,the simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney therapy has achieved good curative effect.The principle is treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,namely on the basis of invigorating spleen and kidney,the methods of warming Yang(阳)for diuresis,clearing away heat-dampness,and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis should be applied clinically.In the treatment of proteinuria,the therapy has gained good results.
