污泥活性炭的制备及其吸附水中亚甲基蓝的性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以污水处理厂废弃污泥为原料,采用ZnCl_(2)活化法制备污泥活性炭。污泥活性炭的制备条件为:固液比为1∶1,活化时间为40 min,活化温度为550℃。制备的污泥活性炭孔隙结构发达,形状多呈管状,排列较有序,以中孔为主。在pH为11、活性炭投加量为5 g/L、吸附时间150 min时,亚甲基蓝的去除率可达99.19%。吸附准二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温方程较好地拟合了污泥活性炭吸附亚甲基蓝的过程。经过3次回收利用,污泥活性炭对亚甲基蓝的去除率仍可达到72.4%。 Activated sludge from a municipal sewage treatment plant was used as raw materials to prepare sludge-activated carbon,and ZnCl2 were used as an activation agent.The optimum preparationconditions of sludge activated carbon were the solid to liquid ratioof 1∶1,activation time of 40 min,activation temperature of 550℃.The pore structure of the prepared sludge activated carbon was well developed,mostly tubular in shape and arranged in an orderly manner,with mainly mesopores.Experimental results showed that the adsorption rate of MB by activated carbon can reach 99.19%when the adsorption time of 150 min,solution pH of 11,material dosage of 5 g/L,and methylene blue concentration of 100 mg/L.The adsorption quasi-secondary kinetic equation and the Langmuir isotherm equation fitted the process of methylene blue adsorption by sludge activated carbon well.After three recycling cycles,the sludge activated carbon was still able to remove 72.4%of methylene blue.
