摘要
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)共混,并加入纳米ZnO制成PETG/PBT/ZnO抗菌材料。对材料进行紫外光吸收能力、微观形貌、水接触角、金黄色葡萄球菌菌落形貌等进行测试。结果发现,纳米ZnO具有较强的紫外光吸收能力,且随着纳米ZnO质量分数的增加,PETG/PBT/ZnO复合抗菌材料的抗菌性能随之提升,对于金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率最高可达99.99%,体现出了较为理想的抗菌性能。
In order to improve the antibacterial performance of sports equipment surfaces,PETG and PBT polymer materials commonly used in sports equipment production and processing were combined to form a PETG/PBT composite matrix,and nano-ZnO was added to form antibacterial materials of PETG/PBT/ZnO for sports equipment.To verify the antibacterial performance of such materials,an analysis was conducted from the perspectives of UV absorption capacity,microstructure,water contact angle,and morphology of Staphylococcus aureus colonies.It was found that nano-ZnO has a strong UV light absorption ability,and as the mass fraction of nano-ZnO increases,the antibacterial performance of PETG/PBT/ZnO materials also improves.The antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus can reach up to 99.99%,demonstrating a more desirable antibacterial performance and having a certain application value.
