摘要
变电设备是电力系统的重要组成部分,其稳定运行对于确保电力系统的可靠性和安全性至关重要。然而,由于各种原因,变电设备可能会出现故障,对电力系统的正常运行造成影响。本文分析了变电设备故障的常见原因及其对电力系统的影响,然后重点探讨了变电设备故障情况下的调度与指挥策略。通过快速响应、故障诊断与定位、故障隔离、恢复供电与负荷转移以及现场安全与协调等关键步骤,可以有效应对变电设备故障,最大限度地减少对电力系统的影响。
Substation equipment plays a vital role in the power system,and its stable operation is crucial for ensuring the reliability and safety of the overall power grid.However,due to various reasons,substation equipment may experience failures that can impact the normal operation of the power system.This article analyzes the common causes of substation equipment failures and their impacts on the power system,and then focuses on exploring the dispatching and command strategies under the condition of substation equipment failures.Through key steps such as rapid response,fault diagnosis and localization,fault isolation,power restoration and load transfer,as well as field safety and coordination,the substation equipment failures can be effectively addressed,minimizing their impact on the power system.
