摘要
百合病是以神志恍惚、精神不定为临床表现的情志病。现代中医对百合病的研究常与心理障碍及精神疾病关联,治疗手段上已趋于统一,主要包括中医心理疗法、方药等,两者对百合病的作用机制类似,即通过调节体内神经递质等物质含量改善症状。中医心理疗法涉及情志相胜疗法、中医心理低阻抗意念导入疗法;常用方剂主要为百合类方,如百合地黄汤、百合知母汤,常用药物有百合、地黄、知母等。参考文献59篇。
