县域基础教育师资配置时空格局评价与高质量发展策略——以广西壮族自治区为例 被引量:1

Evaluation and High Quality Development Strategy of Spatio-Temporal Characteristics of Teachers′Allocation in County Basic Education--Taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an Example

摘要 以广西县域为研究对象,利用小学生师比与普通中学生师比两个指标反映县域基础教育师资配置的水平,采用空间自相关分析以及空间收敛性分析的方法对2014―2020年广西县域基础教育师资配置的时空格局进行评价。结果表明:广西县域基础教育师资配置稳步向好,但教师配备不足问题仍凸显;广西县域基础教育师资配置存在显著的空间正相关性,高值和低值集聚效应明显;广西县域基础教育师资配置的差距不断均质收敛,呈现出逐步均衡化发展的趋势。教育政策、经济发展水平、人口结构变动、空间近邻效应等是影响广西县域基础教育师资配置时空格局的重要因素。应从把握国家战略契机、实行差异化治理、重视区域结对帮扶等方面推进广西县域基础教育师资配置的高质量发展。 Taking counties in Guangxi as the research object,two indexes of primary school student-teacher ratio and ordinary middle school student-teacher ratio are used to reflect the level of teacher allocation in county basic education.Spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial convergence analysis were used to evaluate and analyze the spatial and temporal pattern of basic education teacher allocation in Guangxi counties from 2014 to 2020.The evaluation results show that the allocation of teachers in basic education in Guangxi counties is improving steadily,but the shortage of teachers is still prominent.There is a significant positive spatial correlation in the allocation of basic education teachers in counties of Guangxi,and the agglomeration effect of high value and low value is obvious.The gap in the allocation of basic education teachers in counties in Guangxi has been homogenizing and converging,showing a trend of gradually balanced development.Education policy,economic development level,population structure change and spatial neighbor effect are important factors affecting the spatial and temporal pattern of teachers′allocation in Guangxi county basic education.Finally,the paper puts forward the high-quality development strategy of Guangxi county basic education teacher allocation from the perspective of grasping the national strategic opportunity,implementing differentiated governance,attaching importance to regional pair assistance and so on.
