摘要
智能燃气表检测线在实际运作环境中存在各种随机扰动事件,从而导致检测过程受到不同程度的影响,甚至需要重新制定调度方案。现有重调度研究通常面向单一扰动事件,而对于多类别扰动事件则采取同一种处理方法,针对性不足,从而导致调度效果不佳。为了有效应对上述问题,通过分析智能燃气表检测线中扰动事件的类别及影响程度,对扰动事件进行等级判定,并提出了一种面向多类扰动事件的分级重调度策略,根据不同事件的特性设计了合适的处理方法。此外,基于智能燃气表检测线的调度特点,引入带惩罚系数的工艺相似度作为重调度评价指标。
Existing rescheduling studies usually focus on a single disturbance event, while the same approach is adopted for multiple types of disturbance events, which is not sufficiently targeted, resulting in poor scheduling results. In order to effectively address the above problems, this paper analyses the type and impact of disturbance events in smart gas meter detection lines, determines the level of disturbance events, and proposes a hierarchical rescheduling strategy for multiple type of disturbance events, and designs suitable processing methods according to the characteristics of different events. In addition, based on the scheduling characteristics of smart gas meter inspection line, process similarity with penalty coefficient is introduced as a rescheduling evaluation index.
