摘要
目的:比较齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2020年1月~2021年12月期间收治的60例女性精神分裂症患者,采用随机数字法分为齐拉西酮组与利培酮组,各30例。齐拉西酮组口服盐酸齐拉西酮胶囊,利培酮组口服利培酮片。用药2个月后,比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后精神症状评分,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD45^(+)水平变化及不良反应。结果:两组患者总有效率比较差异无统计学意义;两组患者治疗2个月后阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分及一般精神症状评分均低于治疗前,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD45^(+)水平均高于治疗前;治疗2个月后齐拉西酮组患者阴性症状评分均低于利培酮组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD45^(+)水平高于利培酮组,两组患者治疗2个月后阳性症状评分、一般精神症状评分比较无统计学差异;齐拉西酮组不良反应率低于利培酮组。结论:齐拉西酮与利培酮对精神分裂症的疗效均较为满意,相较而言,齐拉西酮在改善阴性症状,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD45^(+)水平方面疗效更显著,用药安全性更高,为更理想的抗精神药物。
Objective To compare the efficacy of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into ziprasidone group (30 cases) and risperidone group (30 cases).Ziprasidone group was treated with ziprasidone hydrochloride capsule,and risperidone group was treated with risperidone tablets.After 2 months,the clinical efficacy,mental symptom score,changes of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD45^(+) levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in effective rate between the two groups;After 2 months of treatment,the positive symptom,negative symptom and general mental symptom score of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD45^(+) increased;After 2 months of treatment,the negative symptom scores of ziprasidone group were lower than those of risperidone group,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD45^(+) were higher than those of risperidone group.There was no significant difference in the positive symptom scores and general mental symptom scores between the two groups;The adverse reaction rate of ziprasidone group was lower than that of risperidone group.Conclusion Ziprasidone and risperidone are effective in the treatment of schizophrenia.Compared with risperidone,ziprasidone is more effective in improving the negative symptoms and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD45^(+),and has higher drug safety.It is a more ideal antipsychotic drug.
