摘要
目的:分析改良性电休克治疗(modified electro-convulsive therapy,MECT)分别联合奥氮平与齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2021年4月梅州市第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者51例。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=26)。两组均进行MECT,对照组给予奥氮平片,观察组给予盐酸齐拉西酮胶囊。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)评分,体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)和脂代谢指标[三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)]。结果:观察组总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的84.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般病理症状及总分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组BMI和TG、TC、LDL-C水平均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后BMI和TG、TC、LDL-C水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MECT联合齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者的治疗效果更好,且能够减少药物对患者BMI及脂代谢指标的不利影响。
Objective:To analyze the effect of modified electro-convulsive therapy(MECT)combined with Olanzapine and Ziprasidone separately in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method:Fifty-one patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Meizhou City from June 2018 to April 2021 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=26).MECT was given to both groups,Olanzapine Tablet was given to the control group,Ziprasidone Hydrochloride Capsules was given to the observation group.The clinical efficacy,positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores,body mass index(BMI)and lipid metabolism indicators[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 84.00%of control group,but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general pathological symptoms and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BMI,TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in BMI,TG,TC and LDL-C in the control group before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MECT combined with Ziprasidone has a better therapeutic effect on patients with schizophrenia,and can reduce the adverse effects of drugs on BMI and lipid metabolism indicators of patients.
