摘要
目的分析20余年来中医疗法在早发性卵巢功能不全(Premature ovarian insufficiency,POI)领域的发展状况、研究热点,探索该领域的动态前沿。方法以“卵巢早衰”“早发性卵巢功能不全”为研究主题,检索知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)核心数据库建库至2021年6月相关文献,应用CiteSpace进行作者、机构、关键词共现分析,并绘制相关可视化图谱进行分析。结果中医治疗POI相关文献发文量逐年上升,共获得文献1143篇,最高文献量记载为2019年发表134篇;其中核心作者6位,针灸领域的房繄恭最突出,是针灸领域的代表人物,主要研究机构主要是北京中医药大学、辽宁中医药大学、新疆医科大学等,各核心作者及大学机构之间合作不密切;热点关键词多为中医药、针灸、临床观察、研究进展、性激素、中西医结合、中医周期疗法等,研究热点集中在病因病机、治法及机制探索上。结论中医疗法在诊治POI领域特点,优势明显,但还需要更高质量的基础医学和循证医学研究证实其功效和机制;结合现代医学机制通路的研究,及对POI的肾虚根本病机更深入的探讨,应用针药结合等综合手段治疗POI是未来的研究热点。
Objective To analyze the development status and research hotspots intraditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)over the past 20 years,and to explore the dynamic frontiers in this field.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was searched for research articles published from database inception to June 2021 using the terms“premature ovarian failure(POF)”and“premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)”.CiteSpace was used to analyze the co-occurrence of authors,institutions,and keywords,and to plot relevant visualized maps for analysis.Results The number of publications related to TCM treatment of POI has been increasing year by year.A total of 1143 research articles were obtained,and the largest number recorded was 134 published in 2019.There were six core authors represented by Fang yigong,a representative in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion.Major research institutions included Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Xinjiang Medical University,and the cooperation between core authors and universities/colleges was insufficient.The hot keywords were TCM,acupuncture and moxibustion,clinical observation,research progress,sex hormones,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,TCMperiodic therapy,etc.Research hotspots were concentrated on the exploration of etiology and pathogenesis,treatment,and mechanism.Conclusion TCM has obvious advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of POI,but high-quality basic medicalresearch and evidence-based medicine research are needed to verify its efficacy and mechanism.Based on the research on the mechanism and pathways in modern medicine and an in-depth discussion of the underlying pathogenesis of POI,the application of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of POI is presumedlya research hotspot in the future.
