摘要
目的:对火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定口服补液盐散(Ⅲ)中总钠、钾含量的测量不确定度进行评定。方法:在实验基础上进行建模分析,对试验过程中不确定度的来源进行分析并量化,建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定总钠、钾含量的不确定度评定方法。结果:口服补液盐散(Ⅲ)总钠含量的测定结果为1.1408±0.0438(k=2);钾含量测定结果为2.1664±0.0226(k=2)。结论:为该法的不确定度计算提供参考,提示应对检验检测过程中产生的误差因素给予更多的重视,从而提高检验检测的准确度。
Objective:To evaluate the measurement uncertainty of total sodium and potassium content in oral rehydration salt powder(Ⅲ)by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Methods:On the basis of experiments,modeling and analysis were carried out to analyze and quantify the sources of uncertainty in the test process,and an uncertainty evaluation method for the determination of total sodium and potassium content by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established.Results:The determination result of total sodium content of oral rehydration salt powder(Ⅲ)was 1.1408±0.0438(k=2).The determination result of potassium content was 2.1664±0.0226(k=2).Conclusion:It provides a reference for the uncertainty calculation of this method,and suggests that more attention should be paid to the error factors in the process of inspection and detection,so as to improve the accuracy of inspection and detection.
