摘要
对电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测量蔬菜中镉含量的不确定度进行了评定,分析了测量结果不确定度的各影响因素,量化了各影响因素的相对标准不确定度,计算得到蔬菜中镉含量测定结果的合成相对标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.057和0.114 mg/kg,并讨论了该方法在应用过程中应注意的问题,为判断检测结果的准确性提供了科学依据。
The uncertainty of cadmium content in vegetables measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)was evaluated,the influencing factors of the uncertainty of the measurement results were analyzed,the relative standard uncertainty of each influencing factor was quantified.The synthetic relative standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the determination results of cadmium content in vegetables were 0.057 and 0.114 mg/kg,respectively.And the problems that should be paid attention to during the application of the method were discussed,which provides a scientific basis for judging the accuracy of the test results.
