摘要
在互联网普及的今天,由于其开放性和便利性的特点,使得海量信息资源在互联网平台广泛传播,这也导致网络信息资源知识产权纠纷日趋频繁。网络上各种侵犯他人知识产权的行为时有发生,给相关权利人造成一定的经济损失。基于此,本研究就网络环境下知识产权所面临的风险及其原因进行分析,并针对存在的问题采取科学合理的应对措施,以此加强对网络知识产权犯罪的打击力度,保障相关权利人的权益不受侵犯。
