摘要
论文分析了学科网络资源导航库与知识产权问题,并就导航库资源链接和下载后二次上传可能出现的知识产权侵权提出了应对办法,以及对导航库自主知识产权保护提出了一些建议。
This paper analyzes the problems of intellectual property in the construction of the Subject Net Resources Navigation Database. It gives some measures to the invasion of copyrights of intellectual property that may appear in the navigation database linking and the second time transmission after downloading, and suggestions on how to protect autonomy intellectual property of the navigation database.
