摘要
目的 探究重组甘精胰岛素+拜唐苹在老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中的效果。方法 选取2021年1—12月泰安市中医二院收治的84例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为甲组(42例,重组甘精胰岛素治疗)和乙组(42例,重组甘精胰岛素+拜唐苹治疗)。比较两组治疗前后血糖变化、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后两组血糖值均有不同程度下降,且乙组空腹血糖(5.39±1.04)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.15±1.18)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白值(6.23±1.14)%均明显低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组临床治疗总有效率95.24%明显高于甲组80.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.086,P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 重组甘精胰岛素联合拜糖平治疗老年2型糖尿病患者,临床降糖效果显著,不良发生率较低,具有一定安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of recombinant insulin glargine + Glucobay in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Tai’an Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into group A(42 cases,recombinant insulin glargine treatment) and group B(42 cases,recombinant insulin glargine + Glucobay treatment) by random number table method.The blood glucose changes before and after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the two groups decreased to varying degrees,and the fasting blood glucose(5.39±1.04) mmol/L,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.15±1.18) mmol/L,and the glycosylated hemoglobin value of group B(6.23±1.14)% were significantly lower than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Recombinant insulin glargine combined with Glucobay in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes has a significant clinical hypoglycemic effect,a low incidence of adverse effects,and a certain safety.
