营养与食品卫生学课程思政教育改革策略分析 被引量:5

摘要 基于国家相关指导方针与政策引导,高等教育的改革工作开始朝着常态化、广泛化、深入化以及持续化方向发展,高校思政改革工作也在不断推进,指导理论、教学模式、教学成果评价以及教学内容等均获得良好成效。医学院校的食品营养与卫生学课程强调“对症下药”,就是按照个体差异特征,设计个性化膳食方案,以保证民众身体健康,使其能够在工作与生活中投入更多精力。以本质角度分析,营养与食品卫生学和思政课程的指导理论较为一致,均强调培养高能力、高觉悟与高素质人才,均是将“人本”理念作为核心内容。因此,通过对营养与食品卫生学和课程思政进行融合,可以促使教育理论更加丰富,同时能够对创新理论合理性、科学性、实践性、普适性等进行有效检验,有效促进高等院校人才培养体系以及学科建设。 Based on the relevant national guidelines and policy guidance,the reform of higher education has begun to develop in the direction of normalization,generalization,deepening and sustainability.The ideological and political reform in Colleges and universities is also constantly advancing,and the guiding theory,teaching mode,teaching achievement evaluation and teaching content have achieved good results.The course of food nutrition and hygiene in medical colleges and universities emphasizes"the right medicine to the case",that is,according to the characteristics of individual differences,the design of personalized dietary programs,in order to ensure the health of the public,so that they can invest more energy in work and life.From an essential point of view,the guiding theory of nutrition and food hygiene and ideological and political courses is relatively consistent,both of which emphasize the cultivation of high ability,high awareness and high-quality talents,all of which take the"people-oriented"concept as the core content.Therefore,through the integration of nutrition and food hygiene and curriculum ideological and political education,we can enrich the educational theory,and effectively test the rationality,scientificity,practicality and universality of innovation theory,and effectively promote the talent training system and discipline construction in Colleges and universities.
