卷取温度与快冷速度对590 MPa级冷轧双相钢组织性能的影响研究

摘要 对比研究卷取温度和快冷速度对590MPa级冷轧双相钢组织性能的影响,结果表明,随着卷取温度从660℃降低至600℃时,热轧板中会出现贝氏体组织,热轧板晶粒度提高1级。热轧阶段生成的贝氏体能够促进冷轧退火后马氏体的形成,降低卷取温度至600℃,冷轧板晶粒度提高了0.5级,马氏体含量增大了4%,平均屈服强度提高了20 MPa,平均抗拉强度提高了27 MPa,平均断后伸长率下降了1%。当快冷速度从42℃/s提高至52℃/s时,冷轧板晶粒尺寸无明显变化,但马氏体含量增大了3%,平均屈服强度提高了25 MPa,平均抗拉强度提高了14 MPa,平均断后伸长率下降了2%。 The effects of coiling temperature and fast cooling rate on microstructures and properties of 590 MPa cold rolling duplex steel were studied.The results show that with the decrease of coiling temperature from 660℃to 600℃,extra bainite can be found in the hot-rolled sample which can promote the formation of martensite during continuous annealing process,and the hot rolled band grain size number increased by 1.Compared with the cold rolled band with a coiling temperature at 660℃,the grain size number and martensite content of cold-rolled sample with a coiling temperature at 600℃increased by 0.5 and 4%respectively,the average yield strength increased by 20 MPa,the average tensile strength increased by 27 MPa,the average percentage elongation decreased by 1%.With the increase of fast cooling rate from 42℃/s to 52℃/s,there was no significant difference in the grain size of cold rolled band,while the martensite content increased by 3%,the average yield strength increased by 25 MPa,the average tensile strength increased by 14 MPa,the average percentage elongation decreased by 2%.
