摘要
目的:探讨发展性照顾护理辅助抚触干预在早产儿喂养不耐受中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年2月医院接收的88例早产儿,随机分为两组,各44例,均干预4 w。对照组行抚触干预,观察组行发展性照顾护理辅助抚触干预。干预4 w后,比较两组每日摄入奶量、睡眠时间、每日体重增长量;比较干预前后两组生长发育指标(体重、身长及上臀围);干预结束后行问卷调查,统计两组患儿母亲对本次干预的满意度。结果:干预后与对照比较,观察组每日摄入奶量大,睡眠时间长,每日体重增长量大(P<0.05);干预4 w,两组体重、上臀围大于干预前,身长长于干预前,且与对照组比较,观察组体重、上臀围更大,身长更长(P<0.05);干预结束后,观察组母亲对本次干预满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:发展性照顾护理辅助抚触干预可改善早产儿喂养耐受度,促进早产儿生长发育,患儿母亲对干预满意度高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of developmental nursing assisted touch intervention in feeding intolerance of premature infants.Methods:88 premature infants received in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group and 4 weeks of intervention.The control group received touch intervention,and the observation group received developmental care and auxiliary touch intervention.After 4 weeks of intervention,the daily milk intake,sleep time and daily weight gain were compared between the two groups;The growth and development indexes(weight,length and upper hip circumference)of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.After the intervention,a questionnaire survey was conducted to calculate the satisfaction of the mothers of the two groups of children with this intervention.Results:After the intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had a large daily intake of milk,a long sleep time and a large daily weight gain(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the weight,upper hip circumference and length of the two groups were greater than those before the intervention,and compared with the control group,the weight,upper hip circumference and length of the observation group were larger(P<0.05).After the intervention,the satisfaction score of mothers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Developmental care nursing assisted touch intervention can improve the feeding tolerance of premature infants,promote the growth and development of premature infants,and the mothers of children are highly satisfied with the intervention.
