摘要
燃驱往复式压缩机在气体增压、集输中占有重要地位。针对老旧的燃驱往复式压缩机组,进行远程监测系统改造,通过安装振动、动态压力等多种传感器,获得功能图谱,并对机组运行状态的进行全面监测与分析,初步实现预知性维修的目的。
Combustion-driven reciprocating compressors play an important role in gas pressurization,gathering and transportation.In this paper,the remote monitoring system is reformed for the old combustion-driven reciprocating compressor unit.By installing various sensors such as vibration and dynamic pressure,the function map is obtained,and the operating status of unit is comprehensively monitored and analyzed,and the purpose of predictive maintenance is initially realized.
