摘要
针对目前机械故障诊断中常用的以固定值（特征参数平均值）构造基准模的不足之处，提出了以参数城即参数波动范围构造基准模的设想，并将其应用于灰色关联度诊断中。对柴油机工作过程故障的示功图诊断结果表明，改进后的方法在复杂机器的故障诊断中，可提高诊断的准确性。
Up till now, the method that the standard models are construct-ed with the averaged values of the characteristic parameters is usually used in fault diagnosis of machinery. To improve the method, the authors propose a new method that the standard models are constucted with parameter areas (the varia-tion range of parameters) and use it in grey relation diagnosis. The diagnosis re-sults of a diesel engine with indicator diagram indicate that new method is more exact for the fault diagnosis of complicated machines.
