摘要
近年来,高等院校信息化建设力度逐渐加大,为数字校园的运作提供的可能,而信息化也逐渐发展成高校教育教学工作的必然趋势。特别是档案数字化,在高等院校信息化发展中的重要性逐渐凸显出来。高校档案馆需借助计算机对档案进行管理,转变纸质档案信息形式,以电子档案形式存储,因而数字化档案信息诸多。此外,计算机在高校教学与科研工作中的应用相对广泛,同样会形成电子文件,进而产生了以数字化为主要形态的档案信息。基于此,该文结合档案信息化建设的意义与高校档案数字化内容,通过对分布式档案管理技术的分析设计高校档案数字化信息系统,以推进高校档案数字化建设,提高档案资源的利用率。
In recent years, the informatization construction of colleges and universities has been gradually increased,which provides the possibility for the operation of digital campus, and informatization has gradually developed into the inevitable trend of college education and teaching. Especially the digitalization of archives has become increasingly important in the development of information technology in colleges and universities. The archives of colleges and universities need to use computers to manage the archives, change the form of paper archives information, and store it in the form of electronic archives, so there are many digital archives information. In addition, computers are widely used in teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, which will also form electronic files, and then generate archive information in the form of digitalization. Based on this, this paper combines the significance of archives informatization construction and the digitalization content of university archives, and designs the digitalization information system of university archives through the analysis of distributed archives management technology, so as to promote the digitalization construction of university archives and improve the utilization rate of archives resources.
