摘要
阐述了清华大学学术活动系统的设计方案,介绍了系统结构和权限设置,着重描述了审核管理、浏览搜索、个人订阅三大功能。探索合理利用高校学术活动资源,优化资源配置,降低成本提高效率,规范学术活动管理,改善学术活动环境,促进学术交流,打造一个宽松的学术创新环境。并通过2005-2009年的运行数据说明学术活动系统使用效果良好,有利于提升管理部门的服务水平,有利于学校创新人才的培养和学术氛围的营造。
For ＂Tsinghua University Academic Activities System＂ design,and the system structure and permission settings are introduced,and the audit management,browse search,and personal subscriptions（three functions） are highlighted,and rational use of university resources for academic activities is explored.To optimize resources,reduce cost efficiency,standardize management of academic activities,improve the environment and promote academic exchanges,and create a relaxed academic environment for innovation should be done.Running through the 2005-2009 academic activity data can prove the system to use in my school working well,which is helpful in raising the level of service management and conducive to cultivating innovation talents and creating school academic atmosphere.
