摘要
综述了表面纳米化催化渗氮、稀土催化渗氮、激光催化渗氮、预氧化催化渗氮等气体渗氮的催渗机理、特点与研究进展。同时介绍了本课题组提出的纳米稀土原位界面催化渗氮原理,提出了气体渗氮界面氮势的概念,阐述了界面催渗机理,对未来催化渗氮的进行了展望。
The catalytic diffusion mechanism,characteristics,and research progress of gas nitriding such as surface nano catalytic nitriding,rare earth catalytic nitriding,laser catalytic nitriding and pre-oxidation catalytic nitriding are reviewed.At the same time,the principle of in-situ interfacial catalytic nitriding of nano-rare earth proposed by our research group is introduced,the concept of interfacial nitrogen potential of gas nitriding is put forward,the mechanism of interfacial catalytic nitriding is expounded,and the future of catalytic nitriding is prospected.
