摘要
概述了表面纳米化技术及焊接接头表面纳米化的研究进展,分析了目前钛及钛合金焊接接头性能研究存在的问题与不足。表面纳米化技术能够降低焊接接头的应力集中,调整焊接残余应力场;细化晶粒,改善组织形态,实现组织均匀化;提高疲劳强度,延长疲劳寿命;对硬度和耐磨性等也能产生有利的影响。展示了钛合金焊接接头表面纳米化的研究意义与应用前景。
The research progresses of surface nanocrystallization and welding joints treated by surface nanocrystallization were summarized, and the main problems and recent developing focus and goals were outlined. The surface nanocrystallization can not only reduce the stress concentration in the weld toe and adjust welding residual stress field, but also can refine the grain, improve fatigue performance and corrosion resistance performance. So it showed the research significance and application foreground in the future of welded joint treated by surface nanocrystallization.
