摘要
目的分析前列舒通联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者的临床效果。方法选取武宁县人民医院就诊的60例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者,将其随机分为2组,分别是对照组30例,观察组30例,其中对照组采用前列舒通单一药物治疗,观察组采用前列舒通联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,比较2组患者治疗后的效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者慢性前列腺炎症状各指标评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者疼痛或不适、排尿症状、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05);2组排尿指标对比,观察组夜尿、尿急、排尿均低于对照组,最大尿流量高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组前列腺液中促炎因子水平无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组IL-8、IL-1β、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者采用前列舒通联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,可有效改善患者症状,缓解患者排尿指标及促炎因子水平,从而提高患者治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined with tansorosin hydrochloride in patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.Methods60 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,30,30 and 30 in the observation group,where the control group used single drug treatment and the observation group was combined with tamsorosine hydrochloride,to compare the effect after treatment between the two groups.ResultsCompared with the controls,Patients in the observation group had a good treatment effect,And had a better efficiency than the control group(P<0.05);pretherapy,There was no difference in the scores of chronic prostatitis symptoms in the two groups,post-treatment,Patients in the observation group had better pain or discomfort,urination symptoms,and QoL scores than the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of urination indicators of the two groups,The observation group,nocturnal and urgent urination were lower than the control group,Maximum urinary flow was higher than in the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of proinflammatory factor levels between the two groups:there was no significant difference in proinflammatory factor levels in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),After treatment,IL-8,IL-1 and TNF-were lower than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis,treatment plus tamsorosin hydrochloride can effectively improve the symptoms,relieve the urination index and pro-inflammatory factors,and thus improve the treatment effect of patients.
