摘要
目的探讨微波联合前列舒通胶嚢治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)的临床疗效及其对白介素8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法选取河西学院附属张掖人民医院收治的CAP患者60例,随机分为观察1组和观察2组,各30例;另选取同时期在本院体检的健康成年人20例,作为对照组。观察1组患者口服普乐安片;观察2组患者口服前列舒通胶嚢,同时接受微波治疗。比较两观察组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况,以及3组的前列腺液(EPS)中IL-8和TNF-α水平。结果观察2组患者临床疗效优于观察1组(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察1组和观察2组患者EPS中IL-8和TNF-α水平高于对照组;而观察1组和观察2组患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察1组患者EPS中IL-8和TNF-α水平高于观察2组和对照组(P<0.05);而观察2组和对照组患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均未出现因口服药物引发的明显不良反应,观察2组患者中,因微波治疗引发肛门不适、排便感2例。结论微波联合前列舒通胶嚢治疗CAP的临床疗效确切,可明显降低患者EPS中IL-8和TNF-α水平。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of microwave combine with prostate soothing capsule in treating chronic abacterial prostatitis （ CAP） and its influence on IL - 8 and TNF - α. Methods A total of 60 CAP patients were selected in Zhangye Peopled Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University, and they were divided into observation - 1 group and observation - 2 group. Another 20 healthy adult accepted physical examination during the same time were selected as control group. The observation - 1 group were treated with oral pulean tablets, while observation - 2 group were treated with oral prostate soothing capsule and the treatment of microwave. The clinical effect and adverse reaction conditions between the two observation group, and the IL - 8, TNF - α levels in EPS among the three groups were compared. Results The clinical effect of observation -2 group was statistically significantly better than that of observation - 1 group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Before treatment, the IL-8 and TNF - α levels in EPS of the two observation groups were statistically significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05） ; while no statistically significant differences of the IL-8 or TNF - α level in EPS was found between observation - 1 group and observation - 2 group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the IL-8 and TNF -α levels in EPS of observation - 1 group were statistically significantly higher than that of observation - 2 group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; while no statistically significant differences of the IL-8 or TNF - α level in EPS was found between observation - 2 group and control group （P 〉 0. 05）. No significant adverse reactions that due to oral drug were appear in the two observation groups, 2 cases of anal discomfort and defecation due to microwave treatment in observation - 2 group. Conclusion The clinical effect of microwave combine with prostate soothing capsule in treating CAP is exactly, and it can effectively reduce the IL-8 and TNF - α levels in EPS.
