摘要
应用型本科院校新工科专业要为工程领域输送应用型、复合型、创新型人才,这就需要创新人才培养模式。皖西学院智能建造专业在对我国本科导师制充分调研的基础上,结合新工科专业人才培养的特点,积极推行本科导师制。从多学科融合校企共建的复合型导师组、灵活动态的导师配备方式、五育并举的导师职责、客观量化的考核机制等方面进行了探索和创新,取得了一定的成效,为同类院校提供一定的借鉴示范作用。
Applied undergraduate colleges are necessary to deliver applied, compound and innovative talents to the engineering field, hence it requires to innovate the training mode of the talents. Based on adequate research of undergraduate tutor system and characteristics of talent training in new engineering major, the undergraduate tutor system was actively implemented in intelligent construction major of West Anhui University. It carried out exploration and innovation in compound tutor group, allocation way, tutor responsibilities, and assessment mechanism, achieved certain results, and provided a certain reference and demonstration for similar universities.
