摘要
科学-技术-工程三元论从哲学层次论证了三者的区别与联系,但对其关系的探讨还停留在思辨层面,缺乏基于实践的、更为细微的分析与论证。本文基于行动者网络理论的理论视角,通过分析高海拔宇宙线观测站这一大科学工程,从实践层面描述和论证了科学、技术和工程之间的拓扑关系,并指出人在科学、技术、工程关系形成、变动与稳定中起着关键作用。
The ternary theory of science-technology-engineering demonstrates the differences and relations among science,technology and engineering from the philosophical level,but the discussion still stays at the speculative level,and lacks of more subtle analysis and demonstration from practice.Based on the theoretical perspective of actor network theory,this study analyzes the large science project of large high altitude air shower observatory(LHAASO),describes and demonstrates the topological relation among science,technology and engineering from the practical level,and points out that human actors play key roles in the formation,change and stability of the relation.
