Capacity Optimization Configuration of Electric Hydrogen Microgrid System Considering Power Spring

摘要 由于风机和光伏出力的随机性和波动性以及微电网系统拓扑结构的复杂性,对系统容量优化问题带来了很大的挑战。为了提升微网经济性和可再生能源的消纳能力。在新能源余电制氢的基础上,提出了一种考虑电力弹簧的电氢微网系统容量优化配置研究方法。首先建立了风、光、氢及电力弹簧的数学模型,其次提出相应的能量控制策略,最后设置以全寿命周期成本和能源浪费率最低作为目标函数,采用改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法对方案进行配置。为验证方案可行性,结合某地具体数据,寻求最优配置方案。对配置结果分析表明在电氢微网中加入电力弹簧装置后可有效提高风光资源利用率并降低储能成本,进一步提高了所配置微网系统的经济性,为微网容量优化提供新思路。 Due to the randomness and fluctuation of wind turbine and photovoltaic output and the complexity of microgrid system topology,it brings great challenges to system capacity optimization.In order to improve the economy of microgrid and the capacity of renewable energy consumption,a research method of capacity optimization allocation of electric-hydrogen microgrid system considering electric spring was proposed based on new energy residual power to produce hydrogen.Firstly,the mathematical models of wind,light,hydrogen and electric spring were established,and then the corresponding energy control strategy was proposed.Finally,the objective function was set as the lowest life-cycle cost and energy waste rate,and the improved NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm was used to configure the scheme.In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme,the optimal configuration scheme was sought based on the specific data of a certain region.The analysis of the configuration results shows that the addition of electric spring device in the electric hydrogen microgrid can effectively improve the utilization rate of wind and solar resources and reduce the cost of energy storage,further improve the economy of the configured microgrid system,and provide new ideas for the capacity optimization of the microgrid.
