摘要
归属于中医“消渴病”范畴的糖尿病是内分泌科的主要病种,李伟主任以多年临床实践提出“脾虚湿蕴”之病机,治疗上以健运中焦脾胃、祛湿清化蕴热为关键点,与现代医学糖尿病饮食控制方法相互结合,顾护中州,斡旋气机,升清降浊,使机体代谢趋于正常,在治疗糖尿病临证中中西合璧,充分发挥中医药优势,收效彰著。
Diabetes that belongs to the category of Emaciation-thirst disease in TCM is the main disease of endocrinology.The director,LI Wei,thinks its main pathogenesis characteristics are “deficiency of the spleen and retention of dampness” according to his clinical experience for many years,and the key to treatment is to strengthen the spleen and stomach,remove dampness and heat,combine with modern medical diabetes diet control methods,care for the spleen and stomach,regulate qi movement,promote clear and decrease turbid,and normalize the body’s metabolism.LI Wei combines traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treatment of diabetes mellitus,take advantages of TCM,and achieve the remarkable effect.
