摘要
“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的提出为中国海水淡化发展提供了新的机遇和挑战,面对中国海水淡化在推进碳减排方面存在的问题,结合海水淡化技术工艺特点,以节能提效为重点,紧紧围绕绿色、低碳、高效的发展战略,开展了海水淡化“减碳”路径和对策研究,从能源、技术、社会三个维度研究提出了海水淡化减碳路径,并从突破海水淡化“卡脖子”技术装备、协同推进海水淡化全产业链绿色发展、健全海水淡化绿色低碳政策和摸清海水淡化各环节减排基数等方面提出了对策建议。
The goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutralization” provides new opportunities and challenges for the development of seawater desalination in China. This paper summarizes the problems of seawater desalination in promoting carbon emission reduction, and analyzes the characteristics of seawater desalination technology. Focusing on energy conservation and efficiency improvement, and the development strategy of green, low-carbon and high efficiency, this paper carries out the research on the path and countermeasures of carbon reduction of seawater desalination. Finally the paper puts forward the carbon reduction path of seawater desalination from three dimensions of energy, technology, and society. It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of breaking through the neck technology and equipment. It jointly promotes the green development of the whole industrial chain, improving the green and low-carbon policy and finding out the emission reduction base of each link.
