妇产科教学中运用病例引导法提升临床分析能力的研究及实践

摘要 目的研究妇产科教学中运用病例引导法教学模式的应用效果。方法选取在齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学专业学生100名为研究对象,2020年9月—2021年1月一个年级为对照组(n=50),采用传统教学方法;2021年9月—2022年1月另一个年级为研究组(n=50),采用临床病例引导法的教学模式。完成教学后,通过考核成绩和发放调查问卷方法来评估反馈教学实施情况。结果教学后,研究组实践技能成绩(83.6±2.51)分、病例分析成绩(84.3±3.11)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对带教方法的满意度、对激发学生学习兴趣满意度、培养学生临床思维满意度、解决临床实际问题能力、掌握诊疗能力满意度、带教教师授课满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例引导教学模式在妇产科学教学过程中的有机结合,可以激发学生的学习兴趣,保持学科知识的完整性和系统性,既有助于学生建立系统全面的临床思维体系和规范化的治疗理念,又能够提高学生运用所学知识解决临床实际问题的能力,从而取得较为满意的教学效果。 Objective To study the application effect of the case-guided teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods A total of 100 clinical medical students majoring in Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research subjects.From September 2020 to January 2021,one grade was the control group(n=50),used traditional teaching methods.Another grade from September 2021 to January 2022 was the research group(n=50),which adopted the teaching mode of clinical case guidance.After the completion of the teaching,the evaluation and feedback of the teaching implementation will be carried out by evaluating the results and issuing questionnaires.Results After the teaching,the practical skills score(83.6±2.51)points and the case analysis score(84.3±3.11)points of the research group were compared with those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students with the teaching method,the satisfaction of stimulating students'interest in learning,the satisfaction of cultivating students'clinical thinking,the students'satisfaction with the ability to solve practical clinical problems,mastery of diagnosis and treatment ability,and teacher's teaching satisfaction of the research group were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The organic combination of the case-guided teaching mode in the teaching process of obstetrics and gynecology can stimulate students' interest in learning and maintain the integrity and systematicity of subject knowledge. It not only helps students to establish a systematic and comprehensive clinical thinking system and a standardized treatment concept, but also improves students' ability to use the knowledge they have learned to solve practical clinical problems, so as to achieve satisfactory teaching results.
