摘要
复兴号CR200J型动力集中动车组列车供电方式采用DC 600 V制式,在实际运用过程中,单车偶发空调过流故障,文章从空调负载电流特性、车下逆变器输出特性、动车DC 600 V列供电源输出特性以及PLC空调保护机制等方面,对空调制冷过流故障进行了理论分析和试验验证,并提出了整改建议。
The DC 600 V mode is adopted in the power supply mode of Fuxing CR200J power-concentrated EMU.In the practical application process,the air conditioning overcurrent fault occurs occasionally in a single vehicle.The theoretical analysis and experimental verification of overcurrent fault of air conditioning refrigeration are carried out from the aspects of the load current characteristics of air conditioning,the output characteristics of the inverter under the vehicle,the output characteristics of the DC 600 V train power supply of the motor vehicle and the PLC air conditioning protection mechanism,and the rectification suggestions are put forward.
