某B型地铁车辆贯通道踏板结构优化和特性分析

摘要 从贯通道踏板的翻转特性和侧墙回转机构安装结构等方面,分析了在无需拆除侧护板安装座和回转机构的前提下,对某B型地铁车辆贯通道踏板实施结构优化的方案,优化结构踏板可将上踏板翻转90°,有效解决了地铁车辆贯通道折棚底部运维和检修不方便的问题。同时文章基于优化结构踏板的有限元模型进行了曲线线路通过计算和AW3超员工况承载模拟试验,结果显示,优化结构贯通道踏板满足地铁车辆曲线通过和承载的性能要求。 From the aspects of the turnover characteristics of the gangway pedal and the installation structure of the side wall rotary mechanism,this paper analyzes the structural optimization scheme for the gangway pedal of a type B metro vehicle without removing the side guard mounting seat and the rotary mechanism.The optimized structural pedal can turn the upper pedal 90°,which effectively solves the problem of inconvenient operation,maintenance and repair at the bottom of the gangway folding shed of metro vehicles.At the same time,based on the finite element model of the optimized structure pedal,the negotiating calculation and AW3 overload load-bearing simulation test are carried out.The results show that the optimized structure gangway pedal meets the performance requirements of negotiating and load-bearing of metro vehicles.
