摘要
向高纯镁锆砖中加入不同粒度的氧化锆,在相同的工艺条件下研究加入相同数量氧化锆细粉、60~140目氧化锆空心球、0.2~1 mm氧化锆颗粒对高纯镁锆砖性能的影响。结果表明:在配料组成中加入各种不同粒度的氧化锆对高纯镁锆砖的体积密度、显气孔率、常温耐压强度、高温抗折强度和热震稳定性的变化都会产生不同程度的影响。
By adding different particle sizes of zirconia to high purity magnesia-zirconia bricks, the effects of adding the same amount of zirconia fine powder, 60 ~ 140 mesh zirconia hollow balls and 0.2 ~ 1 mm zirconia particles on the performance of high purity magnesia-zirconia bricks was studied under the same process conditions. The results show that the addition of zirconia with different particle sizes to the ingredient composition will affect the bulk density, porosity rate, cold compressive strength, hot modulus of rupture and thermal shock stability of high purity magnesia-zirconia bricks.
