摘要
镁铬砂作为构成镁铬砖的重要组成,对镁铬砖的耐火度、高温抗折强度、抗渣侵蚀性和热震稳定性等有很大的影响。本文介绍了电熔镁铬砂生产工艺和不同铬含量的镁铬砂在SEM下的显微形貌及不同放大倍数时的微观结构,分析了镁铬砂晶体尺寸、镁铬尖晶石的尺寸和晶界尺寸。
Magnesite chrome sinter,as an important component of magnesium chrome brick,has great influence on refractoriness,modulus of rupture at elevated temperature,slag resistance and thermal shock resistance of magnesium-chrome brick. In this paper,the production process of fused magnesite chrome sinter and the SEM microscopic morphology of magnesite chrome sinter with different chromium content,SEM microscopic structure under different magnification were briefly introduces,the crystal size of magnesite chrome sinter,the size of magnesium chrome spinel and size of grain boundary were analyzed.
