摘要
随着国家对医疗器械管理要求的提高,医用耗材评价也逐渐成为了当前医用耗材管理部门工作的重点。为了科学地评价医用耗材的使用,该研究从临床价值、使用价值、经济价值、评价体系框架等方面,介绍在进行医用耗材评价时经常使用的方法,进一步说明其可应用的情景、使用的规范、优点和缺点、使用时应当注意的问题,为医院医用耗材管理部门进行医用耗材的评价提供方法学参考,以推动医疗器械管理领域科学评价方法的发展。
With the improvement of the national requirements for medical device management,the evaluation of medical consumables has gradually become the focus of the current medical consumables management department.In order to scientifically evaluate the use of medical consumables,the methods often used in the evaluation of medical consumables were introduced,from the clinical value,use value,economic value and evaluation system framework,further explaining their applicable scenarios,use specifications,advantages and disadvantages,and problems that should be paid attention to in use.It provided a methodological reference for the hospital medical consumables management department to evaluate medical consumables,and promoted the development of scientific evaluation methods in the field of medical device management.
