摘要
目的分析县级公立医院医用耗材管理存在的问题,为进一步加强县级公立医院医用耗材管理提供参考。方法某三级甲等医院托管县级公立医院后,应用“六步法”对县级公立医院的医用耗材进行管理。结果实施“六步法”管理后,被托管医院新耗材引进审批率为100%,年预算万元以上耗材招标采购及合同签订率为100%,医用耗材采购价格整体下浮44.45%,检验科试剂耗占比下浮37%左右。结论实施“六步法”管理后,被托管医院在医用耗材管理方面取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益,降低了医用耗材采购和管理的廉政风险。
Objective To analyze the problems in the management of medical consumables in county-level public hospitals,thus providing references for further strengthening the management of medical consumables in county-level public hospitals.Methods After the county-level public hospital was entrusted by a tertiary hospital,the"six-step method"management method was applied to manage the medical consumables of the county-level public hospital.Results After implementing the"six-step method"management,the approval rate for introducing new consumables in the entrusted hospital was 100%.The bidding and contract signing rate for consumables with an annual budget of over 10000 yuan was 100%.In addition,the overall purchase price of medical consumables decreased by 44.45%,and the proportion of laboratory reagent consumption decreased by about 37%.Conclusion After implementing the"six-step method"management,the entrusted hospitals have achieved good social and economic benefits in the management of medical consumables,reducing the anti-corruption risks in the procurement and management of medical consumables.
