电损毁海马对大白鼠学习和记忆的影响 被引量:4

摘要 损毁双侧海马后,大白鼠迷宫分辨学习的保存和防御条件反应均遭到严重的破坏。大区域损毁海马,不仅影响动物原先学会的反应,而且影响重新学习的能力。同等量皮层损毁对记忆功能没有影响。海马背部与腹部在学习记忆中的作用是不同的,海马腹部在迷宫分辨学习的记忆中起主要作用,而背部对这种分辨记忆不起作用。 The light discrimination and retention in maze and in avoidance box were seriously impaired after bilateral large area electrolytic lesions of the hippocampus in rats. The impairment involved not cnly the responses learned before operation but also the relearning ability. No effect was found in those animals with lesion of equal amount of area in cortical area. The results of local electrotytic lesion on dorsal or ventral hippocampus showed that the ventral part of hippocampus played an important role in light discrimination retention in maze while the dorsal part of hippocampus was not essential to these responses.
