大鼠缺碘对子代碘代谢、学习记忆和海马形态结构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用低碘饲料复制连续二代缺碘病的大鼠模型,研究第一、二代缺碘鼠学习记忆和海马形态结构的改变。结果显示第一代缺碘子鼠主要表现的逃避防御条件反射为指征的学习记忆能力低下和与学习记忆密切相关的海马神经细胞数量减少、退行性变,突触发育不良、数量减少。第二代缺碘子鼠上述损害明显加重,并有大脑面积和海马在大脑中的相对体积缩小,海马三维结构重建图象变小以及生长发育明显障碍等。这是机能-结构损害互为因果在子代循环“叠加”的结果。 Maternity and child healthy protective hospital of Shenzhen Nanshan In order to elucidate the mehanism of the inferior intelligence in endemic critinism and expose the truth of more serious consequences in the lat generations of the successive multigenerated rats on iodine deficient diet, the experiment was carried out The Wister rats fed on GY 2 low-iodine diet were pregnancy and give birth, the filials were brought up under the same situation, and the lst and 2nd flials generation rats were brought out The result shows that, as compared with the control, all the paps of the experimental groups, the body weight lighten, the thyroid gland enlarge with a hyperplastic goiter and abnormal function, the conditional reflex establishment is diffeiculat, the whole brain all are shrunk, by three dimensional reconstruction technical the size of the hippocampal become smaller, the morphologecal damage inthe dentate gyrus and the CA 4 area were definite Allthe damages above were more serious in 2nd than 1st filials It may be inferred from the function morphological vicious cycle in the breeding of the successive multi generations promotes the iodine difficiency disorder gos from bad to worse
