摘要
产妇产后盆底功能障碍发生率较高,该病是由于女性盆底支持组织以及韧带的损伤及缺损、功能障碍所引起的疾病,主要包括盆底器官脱垂(例如膀胱、子宫、直肠等)、压力性尿失禁等,严重影响产妇产后康复,对其日常生活造成较大影响,且不利于产妇喂养及哺乳,故而临床十分重视对产妇的盆底康复治疗。诸多学者对产后盆底功能障碍进行研究,探究了多种有效的康复治疗方案,均取得了良好的康复效果。目前,临床及相关文献报道的关于产后盆底功能障碍康复治疗手段包括凯格尔运动、阴道哑铃、生物反馈治疗、电刺激、药物康复治疗、中医康复治疗及外科手术方法等。患者经康复治疗后,能明显改善临床症状,盆底功能恢复良好,且有利于患者身心健康。本文对盆底功能障碍的治疗方法研究进展进行综述,以期为产妇产后盆底功能障碍康复临床治疗提供参考方案。
The incidence of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in parturients is high.This disease is caused by the damage,defect and dysfunction of female pelvic floor supporting tissues and ligaments,mainly including prolapse of pelvic organs(such as bladder,uterus,rectum,etc.),stress urinary incontinence,etc.,which seriously affects the postpartum recovery of parturients,has a great impact on their daily life,and is not conducive to maternal feeding and lactation.Therefore,great clinical attention is paid to the pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment of pregnant women.Many scholars have studied postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,explored a variety of effective rehabilitation treatment schemes,and achieved good rehabilitation effects.At present,the rehabilitation treatment methods for postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction reported in clinical and relevant literature include Kegel exercise,vaginal dumbbell,biofeedback treatment,electrical stimulation,drug rehabilitation treatment,traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment and surgical methods,etc.After rehabilitation treatment,the patients’ clinical symptoms can be significantly improved,the pelvic floor function can be recovered well,and it is conducive to the patients’ physical and mental health.This article reviews the research progress on the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in order to provide a reference scheme for the clinical treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.
