摘要
目的探讨注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液应用于治疗颈部横纹的疗效。方法纳入我院2020年4月至2021年4月收治的50例颈部横纹1~4级患者作为研究对象,对所有患者外敷麻药后,以真皮层注射的方式将注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液(注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液)填充于其颈部横纹,3次为一个疗程,每次需间隔28~30d,治疗一疗程。治疗前后用拍照的形式观察颈部横纹变化,同时联合Antera 3D相机实施定量分析,医学与患者还需进行疗效主观评价,其中医者实施0~4级分类法,患者则实施4级评分法,详细统计疗效数据。结果所有患者颈部横纹均有所改善,其中占比82.00%(41/50);患者治疗疗效满意度:50例患者治疗后满意度占比88.00%(44/50),并提出会继续应用该方式改善颈部横纹。结论注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液(注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液)用于治疗颈部横纹的疗效明显,具有耗时短、不良反应小等优点,不仅可改善颈部横纹,还可以延缓颈部皮肤老化,患者满意度较高,值得大力推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate compound solution for injection in the treatment of cervical transverse stria.Methods 50 patients with grade 1~4 cervical transverse stria treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were included as the research object.After external application of anesthetics,sodium hyaluronate composite solution for injection(sodium hyaluronate composite solution for injection)was filled in the cervical transverse stria by dermal injection.Three times were a course of treatment,with an interval of 28~30 days each time.Before and after treatment,the changes of neck transverse lines were observed in the form of photos,and quantitative analysis was carried out in combination with antera 3D camera.Medicine and patients also need to carry out subjective evaluation of curative effect.Among them,doctors implement grade 0~4 classification method,and patients implement grade 4 scoring method to make detailed statistics of curative effect data.Results The transverse stria of neck was improved in all patients,accounting for 82.00%(41/50);Patients'satisfaction with treatment efficacy:the satisfaction of 50 patients after treatment accounted for 88.00%(44/50),and proposed to continue to use this method to improve neck transverse lines.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate composite solution for injection(sodium hyaluronate composite solution for injection)has obvious curative effect in the treatment of cervical transverse wrinkles.It has the advantages of short time-consuming and less adverse reactions.It can not only improve cervical transverse wrinkles,but also delay cervical skin aging.The patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
