摘要
为了解辽宁省朝阳市某羊场内绵羊体温异常增高、精神萎靡、食欲不佳、严重者1周内死亡的发病原因并提供用药推荐,试验对刚病死的绵羊进行解剖,采集心脏、肺脏和肾脏,收集胸腔积液和鼻拭子作为试验样品进行细菌分离培养、细菌形态学观察、细菌16S rRNA鉴定、多杀性巴氏杆菌荚膜血清型鉴定、生化鉴定、药敏试验、耐药基因检测和致病性试验等。结果表明:导致该羊场羊发病的致病菌为羊源A型多杀性巴氏杆菌。该菌与多杀性巴氏杆菌Pm 5株(AY316314.1)的进化关系最近;且含有B类碳青霉烯酶(VIM)的耐药基因,对庆大霉素、卡那霉素等25种抗生素敏感。说明A型多杀性巴氏杆菌是导致该羊场绵羊死亡的病原菌,该菌携带B类碳青霉烯酶(VIM)耐药基因,对庆大霉素、卡那霉素等抗生素敏感;临床上推荐使用氨基糖苷类(庆大霉素和卡那霉素)和四环素类(四环素)抗生素。
In order to understand the causes of abnormal high body temperature,lethargy,poor appetite and death within a week of sheep in a farm in Chaoyang City,Liaoning Province,and to provide medication recommendations,in this study,the heart,lungs,kidneys,pleural effusion and nose swabs were collected from sheep died of this disease.The bacteria were isolated and cultured,and morphological observation,16 S rRNA identification,serotype identification,biochemical identification,drug sensitivity test,drug resistance gene detection and pathogenicity test were carried out.The results showed that the pathogen was Pasteurella multocida type A from sheep.The strain was closely related to the evolution of Pasteurella multocida strain Pm 5(AY316314.1).Moreover,it contained a drug resistance gene of class B carbopenem(VIM).The strain was sensitive to 25 antibiotics such as gentamicin and kanamycin.It indicated that Pasteurella multocida type A was the pathogenic bacterium that caused the death of sheep in the sheep farm.The bacterium carried the drug resistance gene of VIM and was sensitive to antibiotics such as gentamicin,kanamycin.Clinical use of aminoglycosides(gentamicin and kanamycin)and tetracycline antibiotics(tetracycline)was recommended.
